Booking & Cancellations

Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the treatment cost is required to secure all appointments. This will be deducted from your final balance on the day of your treatment.

Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. 

​

Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 48 hours or fail to attend (No-Show), the booking fee will be forfeited. 

​

Refunds: We do not offer refunds on treatments or booking fees. If a treatment is deemed unsuitable during consultation, your booking fee may be transferred to an alternative service.

Memberships

Payment: All membership fees must be paid in full via automated monthly billing on your selected date.

​

Commitment: Memberships are subject to a minimum 3-month term.

​

Usage: Treatments must be used within the calendar month and do not roll over. 

​

Cancellations: To cancel or pause a membership after the initial 3-month term, 14 days' written notice is required. Membership fees are non-refundable.

General Clinic Rules

Consultations: All advanced clinical treatments require a completed digital consultation form and a face-to-face assessment.

​

Suitability: We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a client presents with medical contraindications that compromise their safety.

Arrival: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result iAdvanced Skin Clinic [Your Town/Wiltshire] n a shortened treatment time so as not to delay the next client.
