Important Pre-Treatment Advice
To ensure the best results and minimize sensitivity, please follow these guidelines before your appointment:

Avoid Actives: Stop using Retinol, AHA/BHAs (like Glycolic or Salicylic acid), or strong exfoliating scrubs 7 days before your treatment.
​
Sun Protection: Avoid direct sun exposure or sunbeds for at least 2 weeks prior.
​
Health Check: Ensure you do not have any active cold sores, open wounds, or severe cystic acne in the treatment area.
​
Hydration: Drink plenty of water in the 24 hours leading up to your facial to support skin healing.
General Contraindications
Roaccutane: Must be off medication for at least 6–12 months.
Active Infections: Cold sores, impetigo, or active shingles in the treatment area.
Skin Cancer: Any undiagnosed moles or active skin cancer in the area.
Eczema/Psoriasis: Active flare-ups or broken skin in the treatment area.
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Not suitable for Microneedling or Immaculate Peels.
Blood Disorders: Haemophilia or use of high-dose blood-thinning medication.
Keloid Scarring: History of keloid scars (specific to Microneedling/Body/Hair).
Injectables: Must wait 2 weeks after Botox or Dermal Fillers.
Recent Surgery: Must have surgeon’s clearance (usually 3–6 months post-op).
Sunburn: Skin must be fully healed from recent UV exposure or heat.
